Two Rivers Metropolitan District

Colorado Special Districts (including Two Rivers Metropolitan District) hold regular elections for the election of directors to serve on the District’s Board in May of odd numbered years. The next regular election will be held on in May of 2025.

To qualify as a Director of a special district, a person must be registered voter of Colorado and either:

1. A resident of the District, or
2. The owner (or spouse or civil union partner of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the District, including a person under contract to purchase taxable property.

Two Rivers Metropolitan District supplies domestic water and sewer services to residents of the District. To set up a water and sewer service account or if you have questions on your billing, please contact American Conservation and Billing at (877) 410-0167.

Current Water & Sewer Rates

Tap fees for Two Rivers Metropolitan District are charged in accordance with the Tap Fee Revenue Sharing Agreement (see below to read) and escalate annually with the Consumer Price Index. Commercial Tap fees are based on meter size and a schedule can be viewed below.
