2025 Water and Sewer Fees Increase Notice

Tap fees for Two Rivers Metropolitan District are charged in accordance with the Tap Fee Revenue Sharing Agreement (read below) and escalate annually with the Consumer Price Index. Commercial Tap fees are based on meter size and a schedule can be viewed below.

Pay and See your Bill Online

The District has teamed up with American Conservation and Billing Solutions to help owners see their online account, billing and make payments, including setting up Autopay. 

Online Billing

  • To sign up for e-billing, go to American Conservation and Billing Solutions 
  • In the top-right corner click “pay online.”
  • Then on the next page click the blue “pay bill” buton.
    • You can use this option to make a one-time payment if you do not want to set up auto pay.
    • Or you can register your account to see your billing statements.

If you do not have an account hit the register now button to create an account.

You’ll need to add your account number and it will ask you in the process if you want e-bill notifications. If you don't know your account number, please email Magdalena, account manager at magdalena@mwcpaa.com

If an online account is already created, click "edit" next to your account number and you can opt-in to paperless billing this way.

Setup Autopay

  • To set up autopay online, go to American Conservation and Billing Solutions  .
  • In the top-right corner click “Pay Online.”
  • Then on the next page click the blue “Pay Bill” buton.
  • Once you are logged in (you’ll have to click “Register Now” if you don’t have an account already), add your account number that you see on your statement. If you don't know your account number, please email Magdalena, account manager at magdalena@mwcpaa.com
  • Click “Back to Accounts”, and there will be an option for Autopay next to the account number.
    • The E-Check option under Method of Payment will pull directly from your bank account with no processing fee. Under Frequency, put in “Bill Amount on Due Date.” Do not add an end date.

Update Autopay

To update your autopay information, you’ll want to go to American Conservation and Billing Solutions .

  • Click Pay Online, then Pay Bill. This will take you to the login page.
  • Once logged in, click My Wallet, and add a new method of payment.
  • Then click on Autopay, Edit, and update the Payment Method.
