TWO RIVERS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Two Rivers Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s water and sewer rates effective January 2027 at open public meeting to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8th. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.  Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District’s accounting company, Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 Second Street, Suite 213, Edwards, Colorado.

Starting May 12, 2026, the Two Rivers Metropolitan District has moved into Stage I Water Restrictions.

Here’s what to expect:

RESIDENTIAL IRRIGATION SCHEDULE

To balance system demand, watering days are based on your address:

• Even‑numbered addresses: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

• Odd‑numbered addresses: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

• No watering on Mondays

IRRIGATION HOURS

• No outdoor watering between 8 a.m. & 6 p.m.

With lower-than-average snowpack and reduced stream flows this year, we’re asking everyone to conserve water. 

A partir del 12 de mayo de 2026, el Distrito Metropolitano Two Rivers ha entrado en la Etapa I de Restricciones de Agua.

Qué esperar:

HORARIO DE RIEGO RESIDENCIAL

Para equilibrar la demanda del sistema, los días de riego se basan en su dirección:

·     Direcciones pares: miércoles, viernes, domingo

·     Direcciones impares: martes, jueves, sábado

·     No se permite riego los lunes

HORARIO DE RIEGO

·     No regar al aire libre entre las 8 a.m. y las 6 p.m.

Debido a la capa de nieve inferior al promedio y los caudales reducidos en los arroyos este año, pedimos a todos que conserven agua.
